When Longhorn Steakhouse was preparing to enter the Dallas market for the first time, they wanted to make a big impression! This is beef country after all! I was hired to photograph their Grilling Party pop-up event for VIPs and for the general public, right in the middle of the Downtown Plano Arts District at McCall Plaza. I also photographed the Plano Longhorn Steakhouse Managing Partner at his restaurant before they opened, as well as the restaurant's "lasso cutting" with the Plano Chamber of Commerce. With a quick turnaround for their social media and press releases, my photos were useful for Longhorn Steakhouse's marketing of their arrival and grand opening in Plano, Texas.
